Whether you are replacing a failed septic system or installing a new system, we will work with you to understand your needs.
Step 1: Book a Consultation
In order to design a system that meets your needs, we provide a free consultation to better understand your property. During this consultation we will discuss general options for various private wastewater solutions and their viability for you.
Step 2: Site Visit
Most private sewage systems rely on soil to adequately treat your wastewater, before returning it groundwater.
In order to determine treatment capacity and size an appropriate system for your home, we will book a site visit at your residence.
During this site visit we make note of features that impact your private sewage system including existing facilities, topography, landscape, vegetation, and surface drainage characteristics.
Step 3: Test Pit Excavation
We will excavate test pits in an appropriate area where your private sewage system will lie.
This a critical step in determining soil characteristics to design an appropriate system for your needs, and lab-test soils from the test pits to remain compliant with regulations.
Once we collect all of this information, we will provide you with quotes for various private wastewater treatment solutions.
Once you have selected the wastewater solution that fits your needs, we will provide you with a package that includes:
